We have had many food businesses, but if there is something that has captivated the attention of our diners, it is the empanadas.
Even, when we met this was one of the first delicacies that Alejandro prepared for me and the first recipe that he taught me to cook, that's how I fell in love with him. He also cooked empanadas when he met my mom (his mother-in-law) and of course he also wowed her.
Alejandro studied 6 years as an international chef, however, he learned to make empanadas at home, they are something familiar that he learned when he was a child with his grandmother, simple typical recipes from Tafí del Valle and Tafí Viejo (towns in the north of Argentina, places surrounded by high mountains with trails)

So every day we have been falling more in love with empanadas. We have already completed 1 year online teaching through Airbnb where more than 1,500 people have learned this art.
